WHY WE DO IT
We don't drive the trucks. We still own the answer.
Every coil or heat exchanger that leaves the dock rides on someone else’s truck. That’s normal. What shouldn’t be normal is having to chase down a carrier to find out where your HVAC equipment is.
We decided that isn't good enough. If we engineered the coil and promised the date, then telling you where it is right now is our job, not the freight company's. So we put our own device on the crate and we call you before you have to call us.
