How do I request a quote?
Submit your RFQ online or email us your specs at quotes@cooneycoil.com
We’ll follow up with you within 24-48 hours.
What are typical lead times?
Lead times vary based on the product type and stock availability. We’ll confirm your estimated ship date in your Order Acknowledgment.
Coils: Varies by specification. We’ll confirm during quoting. Typical lead time: 3–6 weeks
Heat Exchangers / Tube Bundles: Depends on the manufacturer and inventory. Will confirm during quoting. Typical lead time: 6–8 weeks
Steam Specialties: Typically ships in 3–5 business days
Are expedite options available?
Yes! For HVAC Coils, we offer 15-day, 10-day, and 2-day expedite options. Call us at (610) 783-1136 for pricing and availability. For steam specialties and other stocked items, same-day delivery or pickup may be available
How do I place an order?
1. Submit a Purchase Order:
- 
- Email your purchase order to sales@cooneycoil.com
- Be sure to reference our quote number or attach the quote on your purchase order.
 
2. Include the Following:
- 
- Shipping Address
- Delivery Contact (Name & Phone Number)
- Receiving Hours
- Special Delivery Instructions (e.g., liftgate requirement, appointment scheduling, restricted access)
 
While we do accept verbal orders, we highly recommend submitting a hard copy of the purchase order. This helps prevent errors and ensures accurate and timely shipping.
3. Once your PO is received
- 
- You’ll get a thank-you email confirming we have received your PO.
- We’ll follow up with an Order Acknowledgment when an estimated ship date becomes available, including your estimated ship date and full sales order acknowledgement.
- When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details, carrier info, and an invoice.
 
Payment & Terms
How do I qualify for credit terms?
To apply for Net 30 terms, fill out our Customer Credit Application. Our team will:
- Run a Credit Check
- If needed, request trade references to confirm payment history
📌 If credit history can’t be verified, prepayment may be required.
What are your general credit terms?
- Net 30, if approved, you must fill out a credit application
- Orders over $1,000 require a down payment or prepayment
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay in the following ways:
- ACH transfer
- Check (mailing address on invoice)
- Credit Card (4% surcharge applies – let us know at the time of purchase)
