Send your purchase order to sales@cooneytechnologies.com. You'll receive confirmation that your order has been received.

Production & Fulfillment

Your order is in progress. We'll get you an estimated ship date and keep you updated while we oversee production.

Shipping

When your order ships, we'll send tracking info and your invoice. Flexible terms and payment options make it easy to pay.

How do I request a quote?

Send your RFQ online or email your specs to quotes@cooneytechnologies.com. We'll follow up within 24-48 hours.

What are your typical lead times?

Lead times vary by product and order. Your dedicated contact will give you an estimated ship date once your order is in production. If you have a date you need by, please let us know.

Do you offer expedite options?

In many cases, yes. Tell us your timeline when you request a quote and we'll let you know what's possible for your order.

For HVAC coils, we offer 15-day, 10-day, and 2-day expedite options. Call us at (610) 783-1136 for availability and pricing. For stocked steam products, same-day pickup or delivery may be possible.

How do I place an order?

Email your purchase order to sales@cooneytechnologies.com and reference our quote number. Include your shipping address, delivery contact name and phone number, receiving hours, and any special delivery instructions (liftgate, appointment required, restricted access, etc.). We accept verbal orders but recommend a hard copy to keep things accurate and moving.

How do I qualify for finance terms?

To set up an account, complete our New Customer Credit Application and send it to bezzy@cooneycoil.com. If you have questions, contact our customer service team at (610) 783-1136.

What are your general terms?

We offer Net 30 terms to qualified customers. Apply through the credit application above.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes! We accept credit cards. However, a processing fee (typically 3%) may apply. Let us know at the time of ordering if you’d like to pay by credit card.
