How long is my quote valid?
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. If yours has expired, reach out and we'll confirm current pricing or issue a new one.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! We offer quantity discounts. Contact our sales team to discuss volume discounts and pricing options.

What are your typical lead times?
It depends on the product. Freeze Block® and standard replacement coils are typically 3–4 weeks. Many Watson McDaniel steam products are stocked and available same day. Contact us for specifics, lead times vary with current demand.
Do you offer expedited production?
Yes. For HVAC coils, we offer 15-day, 10-day, and 2-day expedite options. Call us at (610) 783-1136 for availability and pricing. For stocked steam products, same-day pickup or delivery may be possible.
Ordering & Billing
How do I place an order?
Email your purchase order to sales@cooneycoil.com and reference our quote number. Include your shipping address, delivery contact name and phone number, receiving hours, and any special delivery instructions (liftgate, appointment required, restricted access, etc.). We accept verbal orders but recommend a hard copy to keep things accurate and moving.
How do I set up an account?
To set up an account, complete our New Customer Credit Application and send it to bezzy@cooneycoil.com. If you have questions, contact our customer service team at (610) 783-1136.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We accept credit cards. However, a processing fee (typically 3%) may apply. Let us know at the time of ordering if you’d like to pay by credit card.
Shipping & Tracking
When will my order ship?
Your estimated ship date is included in your order confirmation. If you need an update, email sales@cooneycoil.com or call us directly.
How do I track my shipment?
You'll receive a tracking confirmation once your order ships. If you haven't gotten it, contact our team and we'll look it up.
I received a crate, how do I find my order number?
Your order number is on the packing slip inside the crate. If you need help, call us at (610) 783-1136.
